Zombie Bugs!

What do you call something that feasts on the dead and dying and can't be killed by conventional weapons? That's right, a zombie. The shambling six-legged monster of my nightmares.

I'm sorry, did I say six-legged? Well, they are beetles. Larder beetles to be specific. Carrion detritivores that eat the carcasses of dead vermin and bugs. They come in waves to devour the dead roaches you kill after a winter invasion marches in.

They are disgusting!!! And they are in my house, but not for long. Today the house is getting treated with noxious chemicals while I take the kids and the dog and hide out. This means that, alas, I will not be on the computer all day interacting or writing, but I assure you that this is for a good cause.

Here, look at a cute screaming kid on a swing.

  1. *Hugs* I'm so sorry about your evil mutant zombie bugs. I lived in an apartment with roaches as roommates for ten years (don't ask me why). May the noxious chemicals kill them as well as tiny chainsaws to their bloody necks!!! #TeamHuman
