What's your superpower?

In the Heroes and Villains universe there are four types of people: superheroes, super villains, rogues, and civilians. In gaming terms these people would be Lawful Good, Chaotic Evil, True Neutral, and Non-Player Characters.

Whose side are you on?

If you lived in the Heroes and Villains universe, what would you be? Are you a superhero, standing for tight spandex and killer smiles? A super villain with an over-the-top scheme and cunning minions? A rogue might do anything next?

I'm working on EVERY HERO NEEDS A VILLAIN, so leave your secret identity in the comments and you might find yourself surviving to the final draft (or not - I make no promises).

  1. I'd be the devilish Ms. Microbe, evil mad scientist prone to creating dangerous plagues and pesky nanbots for my own nefarious purposes.
    Muahahahahaha!

    2. I've always been partial to purple and black. :D Probably spandex with sinister goggles. Hee!

  2. I'd like to be a rogue. My sister tells me I have a killer look that shrivels anyone on the spot, so I'll make that my super-power. Something slinky in black and turquoise, biker boots with all the metal buckles, some padded body armour and a pair of mirrored shades that adjust by thought - for the protection of civilians.

  3. Let's see...I'd be probably a civilian. Sigh.

If I could be anything though, I'd totally be someone who could control time. I'm partial to blues and greens where wardrobe is concerned.

Or I'd be the one who could fly and control time. That would be cool. Yeah. Now I need a name...Jade Hour.

Hunter green body suit with gray swirlies on the sleeves and legs. Tiny clock earrings and wind-blown hair. Gray mask that covers eyebrows and cheekbones.

In all honesty, though I'd be the lame sidekick not worth anything who sits around watching TV on DVD and such rather than going out and saving the world. Much as I would like to be Jade Hour. We'll just pretend I'm not lazy and such.

    3. No worries. I was just starting to think I was going a bit crazy! LOL

  6. If I tell you about my alter-ego villain identity then I could be arrested for the crimes committed by her and her minions. So that identity will remain secret until I complete my plans to conquer the world.

I am partial to blues in my outfits although I also have one very nice emerald green outfit for special occasions. Nothing too flashy for accessories, of course.

    No spandex, never.

    1. How do you feel about jewel and art thieves?

    2. It might be possible that some of the minions have helped to "liberate" some artwork and jewelry for me at times. Of course, successful thieves never get caught so I have a sneaking admiration for them.

Naturally, I have excellent taste. No Art Deco or Impressionist art for me. No clunky jewelry either.

  7. *Strikes a super-heroic pose, feet apart and fists on hips* I'm Daterman, making the dating world safer, one psycho ex-gf at a time!

Kidding! I'm a rogue. I always tended to play neutral-neutral characters back in the day, always looking out for #1-ME! I go where the most favorable wind blows, always looking for the advantage. I don't do spandex, but I could probably rock a long coat and a long pony tail. Sunglasses, even at night (tech enhanced of course).

    2. Sometimes I can read your mind. It's a part of those "Three Twins" powers we share. ;)

  8. I would be a rogue. Too much pressure being the hero and I just don't have the dedication to be a super villain.
I know exactly what my superpower would be and it's actually embarrassing how much thought I've put into it over the years. In a nutshell - I can be conscious while my brain is operating like it's in stage 5 sleep (where dreams occur). So, I can physically do anything I can do in my dreams - fly, change my appearance, not feel pain, etc. It's like taking lucid dreaming to a whole 'nother level. My "code name" would be Sleepwalker. My "costume" would look kinda like black combat gear because I would make my living being a thief, mostly stealing from high-rise apartments that don't lock their balcony doors.
Yeah. Told ya I've thought about this.

    1. Wow! That is detailed. Now I need to see if I can fit another rogue into the story.
