Random News of the Week: I'm an Auntie again! Baby Aiden was born Monday evening in New York. Eventually I will get my kids up there to see their cousins.Random Books of the Week: I read most of the Dresden series while I was sick this week. This is delightfully ironic because Mr. Butcher began reading fantasy while he had strep throat (it's in the back of his books if you don't believe me). I didn't have strep, just a nasty bug that kept me from doing anything.
Random Larcenous Comment of the Week: Sitting at dinner Tuesday night Eldest asked how money was made, where it came from. Dear Husband and I proceeded to tell her about mints, and printing money, and getting a job, and banks.
She considered this with all her eight years of wisdom, looked and me and said, "So if I want a horse, I need to print my own money?"
Oh, boy.
