Six Sentence Sunday - The Dead Tell No Tales

This week we're back to my main WIP, the novel JANE DOE. This is a near-future SFR that revolves around the murder of a faceless woman they call Jane Doe...

A pounding headache made Mac rub his eyes. All the muscles in his neck felt
knotted. If he could just get the computer to spit out a list of possible matches. No one went from birth to adulthood without leaving a trace.

Dental work, bone fractures, somewhere in the system Jane Doe left a trace. Someone knew her name. Someone knew why she was dead.

Please read the other Six Sunday entries here.

If you’d like to join in, the rules are simple:

  1. pick a project – a current Work in Progress, contracted work or even something readers can buy if you’re published
  2. pick six sentences
  3. post ‘em on Sunday
