Happy First Birthday, KEIR!

A year ago Pippa Jay published KEIR, and today we're celebrating with a proper birthday bash all around the globe! Grab a drink, leave a comment, maybe win a prize? And if you haven't taken found time to read KEIR grab a good book!

 Tropical Seas Cocktail (non-alcoholic)

You will need:

450 mls water
¼ cup of sugar
50 mls artificial coconut extract
20 drops of blue food coloring
2 liters of Sprite (or similar soda/pop)
Ice

Makes 20 servings

Combine the water and sugar, and microwave for 30 seconds and stir. Allow to cool, the add coloring and extract. Stir well, mix into the Sprite and pour over ice. You can adjust the coconut extract as required.
