I open Word. I look at the story that's been percolating there for over a month, and NOTHING! Not a single word has been added to this story! It's like stories aren't living creatures that can self-replicate.
Which, you know, might be a good thing. Words coming alive and stories writing themselves could get very creepy very fast. Hey...
